With the corona pandemic children are living in a whole new reality, and trying to comprehend it. One concrete reflection of that can be seen in something young people do all the time: draw pictures. In his article multimedia editor of the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists Thomas Gaulkin emphasizes that art and other creative outlets play an important role in helping children process what’s going on around them.
